Hi

I was given admin rights for Jira on the OFBiz project (INFRA-8903) but I still dont have authority to create an agile dashboard. Please can you check to see if there is any setup missing.

My user name is 'sharan ' (it was accidentally created with a space at the end and I cant remove it)
