### Steps to Reproduce
1. series-map.selectedMode设置为single
2. 快速点击多个地区，有几率会同时选中两个甚至多个地区
3. 双击某个地区，有几率会选中该地区后无法取消
### Current Behavior
目前项目需求为点击地图某一区域后选中该地区，但是经测试发现以上两个问题
### Expected Behavior
期望能够设置单选后，快速点击能够只选中一个地区，双击后也能够取消选中
