Subversion and Insurrection - Help Please

Hi All

I'm trying to get Insurrection up and running but getting nowhere :-(


Apache works fine, Subversion works fine, just keep getting "not authorized
to view this page"

I've tried removing all the Authorise bits from the http.conf and added
Indexing (so I could at least see the files) but still no joy.

Does anyone have a basic how-to ?
