Ant ftp task does nothing

Hi All,

I found the following posting in the archives that describes the problem I
am encountering with the ant ftp task:

In attempting to use the ant ftp task, it does absolutely nothing.  It
doesn't even print an error message.  I notice that the same behavior occurs
with the site:ftpdeploy goal.  Nothing happens.  Any ideas on how to get the
ant ftp task to do something?
