httpd 2.0.x needs apr 0.9.x and apr-util 0.9.x, not apr/apr-util 1.x.  
(You might get it to compile, but it wouldn't be compatible with 
third-party plug-in modules which were built for httpd 2.0.x.)

Why do you need to use 2.0.65?
