The header looks OK, but the footer is missing from the subdirectories; you are only allowed to customise the footer on the main landing page.

Sebb resolved INFRA-4288.
-------------------------

    Resolution: Won't Fix

Mirror does not meet ASF requirements.

If you can meet our requirements (easy if you run Apache httpd, as per the mirroring guidelines [1]), please re-open with updated details.

Sebb commented on INFRA-4288:
-----------------------------

Sorry, but the server is not configured correctly:

- HEADER.html should appear as the page header
- README.html should appear as the page footer

Compare (for example) your page:

http://apache.mirror.triple-it.nl/httpd/

with the ASF version

http://www.apache.org/dist/httpd/

Hi Sebb,

Looks like we are unable to comply without making some major adjustments to our nginx setup.

I think this will be a reason for you to drop our mirror request. If so please let us know so we can remove the data.
