checksum mismatch due to 64 bit?

When I try to import the apache/conf file into a subversion repository I 
get checksum mismatch on the "apache/conf/magic" file.

Is this due to my computer configuration, is Subversion incompatible or 
possibly a problem in the latest version  of subversion.

My environment is:
- HP Pavilion a1012x - 3200+ AMD Athlon 64 processor
- XP Home edition with latest updates (HP OEM version)
- Subversion 1.2.0-r14790 (installed using svn-1.2.0-setup.exe)
- TortoiseSVN (installed by TortoiseSVN-1.2.0-svn-1.2.0.msi)

Please show us the actual command, and the actual error.  See
