Apache Roller 3.1.1 RC5 available for testing

And we need one more RC for 3.1.1 because Raible noticed that the
release still included all of the old deprecated themes.

The release files can be found here:
http://people.apache.org/~snoopdave/apache-roller-3.1.1-rc5/

Unless critical issues are found, I'll call for a release vote on Wednesday.

Hello Dave san,

To create new entry as draft with [New Entry page] on 3.1.1 RC5, I set 
only [Title] and then click [Save as Draft]. As a result, I have an 
error page that says [Unexpected Exception, Roller has encountered and 
logged an unexpected exception.]. However, creating the entry has 
succeeded.
This error doesn't occur if I set [Pub Time] in [Advanced Settings] 
before going to [Save as Draft].
