RAMPART 1.3 and WS-Security 1.1

Hello!

Does RAMPART 1.3 meanwhile support WS-Security 1.1 or still only 1.0?

Rampart 1.3 only support signature confirmation and thumbprint reference.

Other features are available in the current trunk and will be available 
in 1.4 release.
