I am accessing Ibatis sql map with Ms-Access database and calling it using jsp application. It gives me the null pointer exception

i am using connection pool configured in weblogic server in my xml file. Also i am using result map and a simple query in sql maps xml file. I am accessing the sql map using jsp. I am getting the following error. Please help me to resolve it.
