prebuilt binaries redhat8

i'm using subversion for my private sources ...
i was away from the internet for 2 months (holiday, moved to a new room,
etc.) and would like to update my server. i usually used the prebuilt
binaries for redhat 8, but the link seems to be broken. do you know where i
could get a binary of the latest
subversion-version?
