Steps:
1. Launch mobile-spec
2. Go to the Camera manual test
3. Choose DATA_URL for destinationType
4. Press the camera.getPicture() button

Expected:
Image is shown in the preview

Actual:
No image is shown in the preview

I verified by using the docs.cordova.io Camera full example for DATA_URL that the code is not broken, therefore the bug here is in the test.
