@all,

I'm planning to cut a branch for 0.18.0 release in the next days. And 
since I just saw that PR about golang upgrades, I'd like to ask if there 
might be something "work in progress" or any release blockers that 
should be completed first?

I have a follow up PR to the golang upgrades, but that should get merged
within 24 hours :)

There's a long opening bug in go compiler [1] that I *plan* to fix, but
just never get the time to actually dig into it. Since this bug only affect
very limited corner cases and it's there for so long, I won't say it's a
release blocker :)
