Are any of those classes used by Xalan interpretive? Should we relocate
them if they're not?

We still need to inventory the helper classes and consider which can/should
be shared between interpretive and compiled mode. There are certainly
parallel implementations of some of these, though it's unclear they are
optimized for the same usage patterns.

They are not used by Xalan interpretive right now. It is also not an
important issue. We can leave them at their current location until there is
a future need to reuse these classes in more components.
