ModPerl::ModuleBuildUtil or another name?
Earlier I was thinking to call the helper module ModPerl::MMUtil, but it looks
like in a near future MM might have a competitor, so I didn't want to lock
into the MM name. So I'm thinking to call the module ModPerl::ModuleBuildUtil,
mimicking Module::Build. It's quite long though, any better ideas?
So far I have ready the first 2 functions:
satisfy_mp_generation - require a specific generation
wanted_mp_generation - parse Makefile.PL args/%ENV for mp generation
I've posted the code earlier last week.
Others to come are helper functions to configure Apache::Test and WriteMakefile
So, do you think ModPerl::ModuleBuildUtil is a good name?
It'll probably live in modperl-2.0/ModPerl-ModuleBuildUtil so it can be easily
re-distributed separately from mp2.
