Camel Aggregator's Pre-completion mode might not work correctly with option completionTimeout. 

Comment this line AggregatePreCompleteAwareStrategyTimeoutTest and test will fail. When the old exchange is marked as pre-complete, there is no timeout started for new group of aggregated messages.
