   @villebro did the fix for `from_dttm` make it into version 2.1? I'm using 2.0, and am seeing this issue as well.
   
   I have the following feature flags:
   ```
   FEATURE_FLAGS = {
           "ALERT_REPORTS": True,
           "ENABLE_TEMPLATE_PROCESSING": True,
           "GENERIC_CHART_AXES": True
   }
   ```
