### Feature Request / Improvement
The position deletes table has several constant (derived) columns such as "spec_id", "delete_file_path", "partition". It would be great to pushdown filters on these columns and prune earlier. While the partition is already handled separately given its complexity, it would be great to implement filtering for these other ones (spec_id and delete_file_path).
The relevant code is here: https://github.com/apache/iceberg/blob/master/core/src/main/java/org/apache/iceberg/PositionDeletesTable.java#L237 It should be a matter of implementing a ExpressionVisitor and evaluating whether the delete file matches the filter on derived column. Some examples are: MetricsEvalVisitor or SnapshotEvalVisitor
