   ### Description
   
   Hi APISIX team,
   
   I’m exploring ways to avoid storing sensitive data (like API keys or client secrets) directly in APISIX routes. I know that APISIX supports environment variable substitution (${{VAR}}) in config.yaml, but it’s unclear whether this can also be used inside dynamic resources such as routes, upstreams, or plugin configurations stored in etcd.
   
   Is it currently possible to reference environment variables in routes or other runtime resources? If not, are there recommended patterns or plugins to safely inject secrets without hardcoding them in the route definitions?
