So, let me try to edit this message so it makes more sense:

Subject: weird behavior when trying to do an SSL session.

Hi;

I've been using the February 8th build of JMeter since, well, February 8th.
During that time I've encountered the following problem a number of times,
without a clear idea of what is causing it. Basically, an HTTP request is
issued and the error comes back "non HTTP response code". When you look at
the request itself, instead of seeing this:

GET http://my.box.com/my.stupid.test.page.html

You see this:

null
http://my.box.com/my.stupid.test.page.html

Most recently this happened to one of my testers when they switched from
HTTP to HTTPS, but I've seen it in a number of cases including after I made
changes to a regular expression extractor.

Can anybody give me a hint on what the real problem is, and how to work
around it?

Also - in the off chance I'm wrong and this is really about using HTTPS, can
someone give me a sample script that shows the full setup for using HTTPS?
