(Let's wait for the test before committing unless there's a compelling reason not to.)
Edit: realized we're talking about dtest, which is probably not reasonable to insist a new contributor learn for a quick patch.

I learned (after researching a patch for this) that lowercase CTRL+L will clear the screen, but having a discrete command would make that more obvious. To match the expectations of Windows users, an alias to "CLS" would be nice as well.
