denied/error.jsp throws a NPE on this line:

<%@ page isErrorPage="true" %>

Removing that line allows me to use the page properly, but the error messages show as this:


???error.permissionDenied.title???
???error.permissionDenied.prompt???

    * ???error.permissionDenied.reason0???
    * ???error.permissionDenied.reason1???
    * ???error.permissionDenied.reason2???
    * ???error.permissionDenied.reason3???



(the latter could be because of my setup, though?)

This looks a lot like ROL-1688, which was fixed in Roller 4.0.1.

I cannot duplicate this error with the information you provided. Please provide steps to reproduce.

Any errors in the logs?

Also, what environment? Which versions of Java, app server, database and O/S are you using?
