Hudson not picking up patches

Hudson is not picking up any submitted patches. The patch for 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-3376 is submitted twice, 
but it is still not run by Hudson. JIRA does show that the patch is 
submitted. In fact the queue is seen to be empty (since some time).

Problem identified/being fixed? Or any interim work-around?
