test timeout

Is there any way to configure surefire plugin to stop the test JVM (in
forkmode "once") after some timeout ?

maven1 has the maven.junit.timeout, but I can't find in m2 doc some similar
feature.

Try surefire.timeout from the snapshot (SUREFIRE-320)
