Privileges page not displaying correctly

Our "Privileges" page is not displaying the icons associated with each of the trees.  I noticed that there was an error on the page that states "'dojo.byID(...)' is null or not an object".  I've updated Java to the most recent version and have tried both IE7 and Firefox web browsers.  Any ideas on how to make the privileges page display correctly?

Kelly,

Can you explain further what you mean that the icons are not displaying?  Are 
you talking about the +/- icons to expand/collapse parts of the tree?  Does 
the error message you're seeing give the file and line number where the error 
occurred?

When you installed VCL, did you perform steps 6, 7, and 8 listed here:

Java is not used anywhere with VCL, only Javascript; so, the version of Java 
you have installed will not affect anything.
