Step to reproduce:
1. Login as a user or admin
2. Go to Create & Edit --> Media Files
3. Create a folder and open it
3. Click Add media file and upload images you want to
4. After upload success message shown, go back to media file view
The file that just uploaded not appear and not selectable in the media file view, but if I search it using search tool it can be found.
If I restart glassfish, the file correctly appear in the media file view.

I use apache roller 5.0 for javaee.
Step to reproduce:
1. Login as a user or admin
2. Go to Create & Edit --> Media Files
3. Create a folder and open it
3. Click Add media file and upload images you want to
4. After upload success message shown, go back to media file view
The file that just uploaded not appear and not selectable in the media file view, but if I search it using search tool it can be found.
If I restart glassfish, the file correctly appear in the media file view.

I am seeing the same behaviour here, Apache Roller 5.01, GlassFish 3.1.2.2, Oracle Java 6 Update 37. I am using PostgreSQL 8.4 and OpenIndiana 151a7 x86.
