It is not a problem, just wanted to get it added to the list.
top, bottom, middle really don't make a difference.

The link has been corrected on web page on my end as well.

Looks good to me.

Not that my opinion really matters in this discussion, but I agree with Karl.

maintainers that have been around forever should be listed above companies that
just popped up.

I'm indifferent. Everyone, feel free to revert r38033 if you feel
strongly about it.

That's what we've been doing up to now for links to external URLs, so +1 on
submission order, -0 on alphabetical order.

Listing things in the order they were available/submitted is also a good
way to not play favorites, and yet doesn't reward companies for choosing
names at the beginning of the alphabet :-).

I think chronological order is better in situations like this... IMHO,
frankly, a company that has been making binaries available for years
shouldn't suddenly be listed after a company that just showed up to the
party this afternoon.

Good idea. What about a small comment at the top of the list
which asks people to keep things alphabetized?
It might not always be seen but could help a small bit.

I've not looked at the page recently, but I helped with the last
redesign. One thing I had done was make everything alphabetized (list
of OS's and then list of packages for an OS). That seemed like the
easiest way to not play any favorites.

We usually just add any submitted links to the bottom of the lists.
Patch submitters usually put them on top.

CollabNet's binaries aren't more special than others.

It may be Monday before the link is fixed, but I will make sure it gets fixed
asap. I am CCing package manager on our side to fix the link.

Thank you for adding the link.

Phil: I will submit the fix for the link in the next couple hours. if you can
push it up, I would be great full.

r38026, but

- Out of personal partial perception, I'm not putting your link at the top
of the list, above CollabNet's certified binaries.

- The page linked to by your link contains a broken link:
  http://subversion.tigris.org/downloads/ does not exist.
Could you fix that to just http://subversion.tigris.org , please?
