com.ibm.xml.framework.XMLParser

Hello,

I'm trying to read an xml file into the DOM but I'm getting the following
error message:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/ibm/xml/framework/XMLParser

I've installed all the necessary libraries, so I don't know what the problem
is, could anyone help?

Thanks

Asma

This doesn't seem to be a problem that's in any way related to Apache XML
Security and I am afraid that's why we will be unable to help you.
Now as I see com.ibm.xml in the package name I suggest you track down what
IBM XML Parsing software you are using and try to contact the people
responsible for that piece of software.

Asma,

One usually encounters NoClassDefFoundErrors when the (default)
ClassLoader cannot find the definition of a class. That is mostly
because of insufficient CLASSPATH information.
