Patch: RH7

Here is a patch which removes '-instances=static' from the link sections in
the Makefile.incl files.

Redhat 7's gcc 2.96 complains that this is an invalid option. As far as I can
tell this is an option that's used for Sun's CC compiler, though I'm not sure
what it does. Everything seems to be fine without it.
