HTTPS 'scheme' parameter in link components ?

Hi again.

I've seen posts about lack of https support in link components, and Howard
mentioning some 'scheme' parameter in link components that I cannot find.
So, I would just like to resume if https support exist, or this feature wish
has to be registered in bug database since it seems like most common need in
many applications ?

Well, not if you expect ready to use components or anything that comes
close. At least i couldn't locate anything that did the job so i created
them instead ;-)

Yeah, that was the reason I wrote this post, because I can see that formal
Tapestry support for this doesn't exist (Howard mentioned some 'scheme'
parameter, but I cannot find it), so you wrote your own components. Of
course they can do the work, but I 'm sure that this HTTPS support should
exist in core Tapestry.

Just have a look at the *How to use PageLink to get to a secure HTTPS
page?* thread. That might solve your https/ ssl questions.
