Description:
Clean up the layout of the User Profile so that:
- important information about the user (including a placeholder for the profile picture) are shown first
- contact information, likewise, is clearly visible
- other fields are organized on the page
In the "edit" mode, the layout of editable fields should mirror the normal layout.
Raminderjett Singh also noted:
"Right now, user profile have sub menu bar for different pages and admin page have tabs for different pages. Make User profile consistent with Admin page."
