Welcome to Curt Arnold

Hi,

I would like to welcome Curt Arnold as a new committer for the log4cxx project !!
Curt is always known at the ASF because he contributed to Xerces-C, Xerces-J and Ant in the past.
These are Curt's first tasks :
- Test log4cxx on Mac OS X
- Study UNICODE stuff to simplify log4cxx interface
