OpenID logins to Allura have bit-rotted.  E.g. [#6574] plus probably more unknown issues.  There's also a lot of complexity and security considerations to implement openid properly.  I think we should remove it altogether.  Since its not working currently, I don't think this will be a loss, it'll be better actually.
