Cannot run catalina

I am using windows xp, which is obviously not a supported platform as
the build scripts don't seem to like it.
But finally I have got past the ant init by modifying the build.xml. Now
when I run catalina, I get "run is not recognized as an internal or
external command, operable program or batch file".

Has anyone else experienced this?

There should be .bat files along with .sh files. I've been using XP for
a long while now with Turbine, Torque, and Tomcat (I never played with
the TDK) and haven't run into any cross-platform issues.
