In the alert definition page, we need to populate UI specific to each type of alert definition. The types of alert definitions are
# Port
# Metrics
# Aggregate
# Web
# Script

Keep in mind that these same pages might be reused when creating alert definitions . So the pages should be designed to be reusable in the create alert definition wizard.
