Building V1.2 from source

Hi,

Just wanted to share waht I had to do to be able to build 1.2 from source :
- Remove https form URLs
- Remove lib-proprietary in connectors/alfresco dir
- in site build.xml remove mkdir fonts (lines 266 - 273)

Then, it worked...
