[~stillalex], are you already working on this? i was just about to create the exact same issue when i spotted that it already exists :-) in case you are... can you also fix and move {{PropertyStatesTest}} to _o.a.j.plugins.memory_ (see https://github.com/stillalex/jackrabbit-oak/commit/a7dd94d98325c90a4d7b07dfb333b3be04b8e859)... minor additional cleanup but it bothers me that the test resides in the wrong package :-)
