We should at least cover to-one, one-to-many and many-to-many relationships. If in the course of the example we can expand our Hibernate controls that would be great.

Now that we're on Java5 we can also think of a JPA demo as well.

It would be good if we can have a standard demo that we can port to different ORM solutions. Currently there is the Pet Store demo that uses Cayenne, perhaps we can port this to Hibernate? If you want to create a different demo I'll volunteer to port it to Cayenne and maybe JPA if time permits.
