I'm not sure if this problem is related to  PDFBOX-1110 for the first two errors found.  Not sure on the XMP data with the Seq and Alt references in the
XMP metadata.

The attached PDF/A passes Adobe Acrobat and Callas pdfApilot, but fails prefligth with the following error messages:
/home/fausser/ngrsgao_PDFA.pdf is not valid, error(s):
2.1.2: Invalid Graphis object, The Info entry of a OutputIntent dictionary is missing
2.4.1: Invalid Color space, Invalid Color space, DestOutputProfile is missing
7.1: Error on MetaData, 'Seq' expected and 'Alt' found at Line number = 12
