Testing clearcase

Testing the ClearCase provider succeeds running from here:
\maven-scm\scm-providers\clearcase> maven test
...
[Build Successful]

Hopefully I did that correctly.

Friday is my last day with my employer (I'm jumping ship ;) 
- so I won't have ready access to Clearcase LT after that.

If more of the ClearCase tests are implemented before Fri I can test again.
Just drop me a note.
