    [test] fix duplicate library warning on libkudu_test_main.a
    
    Before this update, mold or contemporary LLVM linker would warn about
    a duplicate libkudu_test_main static library while building the project:
    
      ld: warning: ignoring duplicate libraries: '../../../lib/libkudu_test_main.a'
    
    The duplication came from the dependency list of tserver_test_util,
    so every test binary that was dependent/linking in the server_test_util
    library would contain duplicate entries for the kudu_test_main library
    dependency, and it resulted in linker command line with the same library
    listed twice.
    
    This changelist doesn't contain any functional modifications.
