[jira] [Commented] (CASSANDRA-16345) Test SSTables are in the correct location after range movement with 1/5/20 data directories

Marcus Eriksson commented on CASSANDRA-16345:
---------------------------------------------

Could we try bootstrap and replacement as well? The new node should have the sstables in the correct data directory without relocate sstables. It would be enough to run with say the 5 datadir configuration

> The testing cluster should be pre-populated with ~200GB data in each node. Change the token ranges and verify that each data directory only contains SSTables belongs to it. In other word, no SSTables are relocated by running nodetool "relocatesstables". Both LCS and STCS need to be covered.
