[imaging] Is there any intention to add jpeg-writing capabilities?

 The original sanselan incubator had this capability, but it seems like
this is no longer an option for the commons-imaging alpha

Is there an intention to bring back support for this at some point? Thank

Hi Kean,

Do you have an example of Sanselan code that doesn't work now? We can then
imvestigate in jira and git tosee what happened to that code.
