MS Word Original and version saved by OOo - zipped together

I may have screwed up the original post of this bug - if so my appologies if
this is a duplicate description:
OpenOffice.org 3.3.0 OOo330m20 (Build9567)
MS Word file created by Office 2007, saved in Word 97-2003 format.
Autonumbering corruopted. This cam be seen on Page 12 in the pooriginal, Page
15 or the OOo saved file. Page number descepancy due to TOC filed codes being
corrupted - seperate bug report.
EVidence of autonumbering corruption can be seen in the TOCs
