So I looked through the links but could not find any myfaces-X.X.X-examples.zip  to download.  Turns out those archives are in the tomahawk examples archive.  I other new comers would appreciate being pointed to:

MyFaces Tomahawk X.X.X Examples(tar.gz)	 or MyFaces Tomahawk X.X.X Examples (zip)
