SVN client not linked with BDB on windows ?

Hi,

I've noticed that the windows client binaries are always using bdb
while it is possible to compile the client without it.

I don't see the reason for keeping bdb with the client and see it more

as a problem as the Berkeley license limit the use of the client in
commercial products.

Is there any plan to release binaries for svn client that do not
require bdb ?
