The page http://wicket.apache.org/start/download.html has a link to 
http://wicket.apache.org/start/wicket-9.x.html
However that does not exist

The page http://wicket.apache.org/start/wicket-8.x.html does not have a link to the source.
All ASF projects MUST provide source downloads.

The page http://wicket.apache.org/start/wicket-7.x.html#manually has a link to the source.
However the links to PGP and hashes use the archive server; for current releases that use the mirror system, the corresponding sigs and hashes must use https://www.apache.org/dist/...
Also the page does not have a link to KEYS which is required for PGP verification
Nor does it have details on download verification.
