Cyclic Errors - Solution

Hi,

To elimate the Cyclic errors and the problems with adding the @arg at 
the end of the forked javac task, I was allowed to upgrade the compiler 
to JDK 1.2.  All the problems went away and everything is working 
wonderfully.  Thanks to everyone that helped.
