Matthias Bläsing resolved NETBEANS-3823.

Fix Version/s: 12.1
Resolution: Fixed
The fix was merged to master, the installation was updated and the schema in the running DB was adjusted (the _ON UPDATE_ clause was removed, last_updated_at was reset to added_at).
