Juneau has been upgraded to Java 11
Juneau is now being built successfully with Java 11. There was a lot
of work do to in the documentation since our custom taglets no longer
worked post Java 8 so they had to be removed from usage.
Thanks to Gary Gregory for the help in updating the POM files to make
the switch easier!
